Electricity had been returned to over 800,000 residents by Saturday and the largest private energy company announced the main efforts to recover electricity was concluded though certain disruptions continued.

Anti-Aircraft Efforts and Drone Downings

Ukraine's anti-aircraft systems downed or disrupted 54 out of seventy-eight enemy drones deployed towards Ukraine overnight, the air force reported on the weekend.

Russia's defence ministry stated it shot down 42 enemy Ukrainian drones over Russian territory.

Cuba Rejects Accusations of Providing Forces to Ukraine

Havana on the weekend refuted American assertions it has provided troops to fight in the Ukraine war, while declaring the government "do not have precise information about Cuban nationals" involved "voluntarily" or "in the military forces of either party".
